  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that a service agreement will be reached, or that the services provided by the third-party contractor will meet your expectations.

  • Contractor Relationship: Any agreement for roofing services is solely between you and the third-party contractor. We are not a party to that agreement.

3. User Obligations

By submitting information through our Site, you warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • The information you provide (name, address, service request) is accurate and complete.

  • You understand that by submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by our third-party contractor partner via phone, text, or email, even if your phone number is on a Do Not Call list.

You understand and agree that Saltycake.com LLC (Kodiak Shield Roofing) shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from:

  • The conduct, quality, or performance of the third-party roofing contractor.

  • Any errors or omissions on our Site.

  • Your reliance on any information provided on the Site.

  • Any loss or damages incurred as a result of using the Site or services obtained through the Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Kodiak Shield Roofing brand name and logo, are the property of Saltycake.com LLC or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
